Big Poppa's Fillet A Fish Sandwich

Cod Fillets

Egg Wash

Panko Bread Crumbs

Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning

Tartar Sauce

Brioche Buns

Buttery Lettuce 

Tomato Slices

Directions

Season the Panko bread crumbs with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning

Take your Cod fillets and roll them in the egg wash then roll in the seasoned bread crumbs

Oil your flat grill/pan and let it get nice and hot

Place your breaded cod fillets on the grill/pan and let them them fry on the gill until golden crispy

After one side has crisped up add some butter and turn the fillets over so they crisp up on the other side. Add some cheese over the cod so it melts while it finishes cooking. Pull when fish has reached about 140 degrees

Make your spread by taking some tartar sauce and seasoning it with Big Poppa’s Desert Gold Seasoning

Toast your Brioche buns and spread tartar sauce on both halves

Finally, nestle the fish between two halves of a toasted brioche bun, adding crisp buttery lettuce and a juicy tomato slice
