Big Poppa's Beef Cheek Breakfast Burrito

Ingredients

  • Leftover Beef Cheek
  • Tortilla
  • Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno
  • Rice
  • Beans
  • Salsa
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Avocado
  • Butter
  • You can add any of your favorite toppings to this burrito that you wish.

Directions

After you heat up your griddle with oil, then place your leftover beef cheek on the griddle.  While that is reheating, then proceed with the following:

  • Prepare scrambled eggs and season with Big Poppa’s Jallalujah Jalapeno
  • Then heat up beans and rice and tortilla
  • Combine all items in your tortilla – rice, beans, salsa, scrambled eggs, onions, avocado and top with your beef cheek
  • Then wrap up your burrito and then use a pat of butter to create a golden brown on the tortilla
  • Cut and serve and top with any additional favorite toppings.
