Use a quality balsamic glaze as the glue and flavor base for the beef and rub it all over the loin, then sprinkle some Cash Cow rub and Money rub.
Set the oven at 275F (That’s right, the oven.) Place the beef tenderloin on a roasting pan and let it cook in the oven for 15 minutes then flip it over for another 15 min. Meanwhile, prep the grill for searing.
When the tenderloin hits 125F internal temp, place it on the grill and sear for about a minute on each side. Keep flipping it over in an angle to get some stylish grill marks.
Pull it from the fire at 135F internal temp.
Allow some time for it to rest before slicing and serving with a side of greens.
