A flavorful Korean-style pork chop for Korean BBQ lovers

Big Poppa’s Korean Pork Chop is a Korean-inspired marinated pork recipe that’s packed with flavor. Big Poppa carefully crafted his Korean-style marinade to provide the pork chop with a well-balanced savory, yet sweet flavor profile.

This take on Korean BBQ is easy to make and simply delicious. With Korean BBQ taking off, we suggest making extra, everyone’s going to be asking for seconds.

Quick Tip: Make sure to make some extra marinade. The marinade makes a great basting sauce for adding color and flavor.
