Big "Poppa" Mac

Course: Main Course   Cuisine: American   Prep Time: 30 min   Cook Time: 30 min   Servings: 4

Ingredients

Hamburger Buns

Wagyu Ground Beef

Big Poppa’s Little Louies Seasoning

Shredded Lettuce

Cheese (your favorite kind)

Diced Onion

Pickles

Secret Sauce or Thousand Islands Dressing

Directions

Take the Wagyu Ground Beef and divide it into equal-sized balls. Roll them gently to form patties.

Oil your hot griddle and preheat it to medium-high heat.

Place the beef patties onto the hot griddle and gently smash them down (but not too thin, we’re not making smash burgers here). Cook the patties to your preferred level of doneness, flipping once halfway through cooking.

While the patties are cooking, toast your hamburger buns on the side of the griddle until they’re golden brown and crisp.

Take two of the toasted buns and spread a generous amount of Secret Sauce or Thousand Islands Dressing on each. Layer on shredded lettuce, chopped onions, a slice of cheese, sliced pickles, and the patties.

Once all your toppings are in place, carefully stack your assembled buns to create a towering burger masterpiece.

Serve your Big “Poppa” Mac with your favorite sides and dig in! Each bite is a flavor explosion that’s sure to satisfy your burger cravings.

Get ready to elevate your burger game with the Big “Poppa” Mac. With premium Wagyu beef, savory seasoning, and classic toppings, this burger is a true crowd-pleaser. So fire up that griddle and get ready to enjoy burger perfection from Big Poppa’s Burger Bar! 🍔🔥
