Ingredients

Jumbo Shrimp

1 stick Unsalted Butter

Honey

Lemons

Lime

Soy Sauce

Butter Lettuce

Pico de Gallo Salsa (pre-made or store-bought)

Prepare Butter Lettuce Leafs: Wash and carefully separate the leaves of butter lettuce, ensuring they are clean and ready to cradle your delicious shrimp.

Prep Pico de Gallo Salsa: Either pre-make your favorite pico de Gallo salsa or pick up a fresh batch from your local market. This vibrant topping will add a burst of flavor to your wraps.

Create the Basting Sauce:

Cut the unsalted butter into cubes and place them in a pot.

Add 1 tablespoon of honey.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lime and 1 lemon into the pot.

Pour in 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Melt the mixture over medium heat on your stove top, stirring until well combined.

Grill the Jumbo Shrimp:

Fire up your grill with hot coals.
