Big Poppa’s Tri Tip Sandwich

Ingredients

Tri tip

Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning

Ciabatta Baguette

Kewpie Mayo

Shredded Lettuce

Avocado

Pepper Jack Cheese

Thinly sliced sweet onions

Thinly sliced tomatoes

Big Poppa’s Jallelujah Jalapeno Seasoning

Horseradish Sauce (optional)

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 250°F (120°C) for that perfect, smoky flavor.

Liberally season the tri tip with Big Poppa’s Double Secret Seasoning. Allow the seasoning to sweat on the meat while you prepare other ingredients.

Once the smoker is ready, place the seasoned tri tip inside. Flip the tri tip midway through the cooking process for even flavor distribution.

Once the tri tip is cooked to perfection, let it rest for a few minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, ensuring a juicy sandwich.

While the tri tip is resting, toast the Ciabatta Baguette with a touch of butter and garlic until golden brown.
