Pork Tenderloin
Shallots
Mushrooms
Garlic
Chicken stock
1/2 a lemon
Kidney beans
Grab a Pork Tenderloin and season with BPS Desert Gold. Sear it and put it in the oven until you reach an internal temp of 140F.
In a pan, sautée shallots, mushrooms, and garlic then add chicken stock, some Little Louie’s seasoning, and squeeze 1/2 a lemon. Reduce the heat and add in some kidney beans.
Serve tenderloin and top with the mixture and boom, dinner is served.
