Presenting the McPoppa

These ribs are meant to be overcooked so you can have a bite to remember! Slapped between two beautifully toasted buns + with some sweet onion and dill relish. Who’s hungry? I am!

McPoppa Spare Ribs

Course: Main Course   Cuisine: American   Prep Time: 15-30 minutes   Cook Time: 4 hours   Servings: 2-4

Ingredients

Sweet Money Rub

1/3 cups of brown sugars

Honey

Butter

Buns

Sweet onion

Dill relish (or pickles)

Directions

Prep some ribs with Sweet Money Rub

put the ribs in the smoker at 250F for about 1.5 – 2 hours ( internal temp of 165F).

Prepped some foil with 1/3 cups of brown sugars, honey, and butter.

Flipped over the ribs and repeated on the other side.

Cooked the ribs for roughly another 2 hours.

These are meant to be overcooked.

Pulled the ribs out of the cooker and pulled the bones out.

Portioned the ribs and assembled the McPoppa.

Toasted the buns with butter, threw in thin slices of sweet onion, and dill relish (ran out of pickles)
