An easy + delicious pizza topped with sausage, pepperoni and with extra cheesy goodness

Looking for an easy, yet tasty recipe for a dinner for yourself or for a party of 2? Big Poppa has got you covered with this delicious cheesy pizza topped with sausage, pepperoni, and onions. With minimal prep time, and less than 1hr start to finish, you can even add any of your favorite toppings!

 

Sausage Pizza

Ingredients

Italian Sausage

Pizza Dough – Big Poppa loves using Urban Slicer

Tomato Sauce (or Pizza Sauce of your choice)

Cheese (shredded)

Pepperoni

Purple Onions (thinly sliced)

Directions

Preheat your smoker, grill, or oven to 500F

To make this cheesy goodness, spray your cast-iron pan with some non-stick cooking spray.

Next, roll out the dough and set it according to the package instructions.

Spread the tomato sauce, top with cheese, and proceed to add on the toppings: sausage (that you should first brown on the grill for roughly 10 minutes), pepperoni, and sliced onions. Feel free to get creative with your toppings!

Bake at 500F for about 10-15 minutes.

Allow some time to rest, slice and enjoy!
