Smoked Korean Pork Tenderloin + Pineapples

Smoked Korean Pork Tenderloin + Pineapples

Ingredients

1 x Pork Tenderloin

We Rub You Original Korean Marinade

Sweet Money Rub

Pineapple Slices

Pro tip:

3 tbsp Kosher Salt
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp Tabasco Chipotle Sauce

Directions

Preheat your smoker to 275F

Trim pork tenderloin as needed

Drain pineapple, set aside

Season tenderloin and pineapple with Sweet Money rub

Place the pork in a zip bag with 12oz of the Korean Marinade and place in fridge for 20 min. **Reserve another 4oz of marinade on the side for basting at the end.

Pro tip: Never use the marinade that had raw meat in it on cooked meat.

Remove pork from fridge/bag and place on smoker for 15 min.

Turn over, and smoke for another 15 min. Continue smoking  until internal temp. reads 140F

Grill the pineapples for 45 seconds. Flip & repeat. Pull pineapple and set aside

Pull pork from smoker when it reaches 140F IT, rest for 5 min.

Plate with pineapple, slice and serve!
