A flavorful sauteed mushroom recipe for a steakhouse feel at home

Big Poppa loves a good steak, but nothing compares to a steak topped with his Steakhouse Mushrooms.

Big Poppa’s Steakhouse Mushroom recipe is full of flavor. Butter, Tabasco Original Red, and the award-winning Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow Beef Rub not only taste great on mushrooms; but, also add flavor to the steak (makes a great basting and dipping sauce too!)

1 stick butter

1 tablespoon Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow Beef Rub

1 package sliced mushrooms

1/2 teaspoon tabasco


Preheat skillet

Slice butter and add to skillet

Add Big Poppa Smokers Cash Cow Beef Rub to butter

Add the sliced mushroom to the skillet

Add Tabasco sauce (to taste)

Let it simmer for 10 minutes

Add over your steak and serve
